At Armentality we are celebrating 20 years of bringing PreNatal Yoga to West Michigan Mamas!
Did you know that a regular prenatal yoga practice may also help you prepare for labor and promote your baby’s health? Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing.
Armentality’s PreNatal Yoga classes provide a safe and supportive environment and a way to connect with other mom to be. In addition to the social aspect, Yoga practice is also a great aid to improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, as well as decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath.
A very important factor is, to trust your practice to an experienced teacher like Laura; she will actually guide you to remain focused, increase strength, learn about your new flexibility
This workshop is suitable for all levels, with a gentle and soothing flow. Come relax and keep a positive and empowering mojo!
